Return Policy
We encourage you to read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
You may only request a return after you have physically received the product.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international postage and any customs fees.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging fully intact.
Trying on items is allowed; wearing items beyond trying on is not permitted.
Items ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order (“bracketing”) are not accepted under our return policy.
Any item that shows signs of use, wear, damage, odors, or missing tags will not qualify for a refund.
2. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please follow the steps below:
Email us at info@laurapeterlondon.com within 14 days after receiving your item.
We will provide you with the return address of our supplier in China.
You must return the item at your own cost, including any customs charges or international shipping fees.
We strongly recommend choosing a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or untracked packages.
Returns without prior registration via email will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
After your return has been received at our supplier’s warehouse and inspected:
If the item meets all return conditions, your refund will be issued within 14 days.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping costs (initial shipping) are non-refundable.
Returns that do not meet our conditions (used, damaged, missing tags, or unauthorized) will not be refunded, and the item cannot be shipped back.
4. Liability & Customer Responsibilities
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or untracked packages. If the tracking shows delivery to the address provided, the order is considered successfully delivered.
Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is the customer’s responsibility.
Address mistakes must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
Any customs charges applied during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
